Innova Discs is Like an MLB Club...Hear Me Out

I had a fair amount of windshield time of the New Years Weekend. Something that popped in my head on the drive home made me think that Innova Discs is running their sponsorship similar to an MLB club has a farm team. They sponsor a ton of lower level players in the hopes that one will pop off and be the next Paul McBeth or Paige Pierce. They offer mostly fixed compensation that's performance based to the lower level players. if those players get a better deal Innova says good for you and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.
