No-cash bail challenge schedule expected as Pritzker confident measure is constitutional

The Illinois Supreme Court is expected to release a schedule for hearing a challenge to the no-cash bail law that's been halted pending appeal as Gov. J.B. Pritzker says he's confident the measure will be reinstated as constitutional.
