BEFORE YOU BUILD THAT NEW CHURCH / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: Our church board just voted to build a new church building. They have agreed to borrow 3.2 million dollars to complete the project. It will be paid back over the course of 30 years. This doesn't seem right to me. What does the Bible have to say?
