Smoked Kobe Beef Meatloaf smoked on the Char-Griller 980.

Mixed up the Kobe Beef with red bell pepper chopped up and added beef/steak rub and put in some bisquick in to use as a binder. Put in metal pan lined with cling wrap and let rest in fridge for about 1.5-2- hours.

Fired up the Char-Griller 980 to 275 degrees and put on the meatloaf. Once internal temp reached 160 degrees I put bbq sauce on it and let it keep smoking until internal reach 165 degrees.
