How to Practice Day Trading

In this video we shared a system for understanding and implementing a practice routine for trading and other things in life. In the first section we shared why practicing is important in trading and gave a few examples of how it can be neglected. In the second section we covered ideas for learning how to practice and how to implement a routine that is based on your unique style. In the third section we shared a scalping practice drill that we use for a specific way of trading US treasuries. The example we gave may be partially incomplete and is meant to express an idea in which you can build on or adapt to your own method.
