Another Example of Politicians Ignoring the People
January 3, 2023 was supposed to be a great day for the GOP. The election of the House Speaker was the coronation for the Republican Party. However, it turned into an embarrassment and proof that the people do not matter. The Democrats and a minority of Republicans were grandstanding and delayed real legislative priorities.
