How/When you say something is as important as what you say: Comms 101

Extending on from last week's stream on the Twitter Files, I want to expand on my point that the timing of a message, how you say that message, and the impact of that message is just as important as the message.

Also, probably a rant about the arrogance of engineers and 'experts', and the stupidity of journalists... a perfect storm of Dunning Kruger journalism, academics thinking because they're an expert' that they can bypass the expertise of others (eg Comms), and just developing on my thoughts about the Twitter Files, specifically around the idiotic
COVID SUPPRESSED OMFG!!!!!!" narrative.

Getting a little tired of stupid. But I'll try to show you the benefits of ... you know... reading things before you form an opinion. Like, ya know, the CDC's crisis comms policy and information documents. For example. Sigh.
