Another Walmart False Arrest!! Don't Be A Cody!!!!

Tony Effin Nguyen got "mistaken" for a trespassed guy named Cody.... Didnt ID him just put the cuffs on and arrested him for trespassing. Took him to the sally port and then realized that it was not the guy trespassed just a couple months ago, CODY. They start to release him but on the way home Wally World decides to double down and re trespass Tony and he goes back to jail for the night and bonds out the next morning for $1000.....
