Filming A ELS Freight Train Derailing From My Kitchen Window? Impossible! | Jason Asselin

I did film a Escanaba & Lake Superior freight train derail once, it's on this video! As a few posted in the comments, I don't need to help any train derail! I just need to wait for it to happen naturally. I'm just thankful that every time it did happen, it was at slow speeds so not much damage happened. There could never be a "hazardous chemical spill" because the ELS only carries Gorilla Glue in those tank cars, if anything things could be sticky!

You'll also see that look from my kitchen window, but sorry to disappoint you Mike but all I see are bushes and HOUSE blocking my view. You will get to see ELS 500 (now retired) in service plus you'll see ELS 503 before being renumbered! Also how could I possibly remove a piece of rail without being seen, heard or even the railroad noticing and besides that under the snow and ice?
