Immature Little Blue Heron & Snowy Egret 🦩 01/04/22 16:15

On a rainy day, we find Immature Little Blue Herons and one Snowy Egret standing by the lagoon. Juvenile Little Blue Herons will forage with flocks of Snowy Egrets which stir up prey. In doing this they gain a better chance of getting a meal helping the young bird survive during its vulnerable early years.
