Two Canton police officers on a call with NO emergency lights on where a woman was arrested. Both police cars are parked illegally without their emergency lights on. One car is parked in a No Parking zone area and the other is parked facing the wrong way. If they are using "Officer Safety" for their reason, that is not but crap. You can only tell where the officers are by their flashlights. Why are they NOT using their emergency lights? Have they been told NOT to use them by the Chief? Are they scared of transparency by We the People?

The person is innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
