Will my wife like Overlanding?

Heather hasn't tried Overlanding, so I thought what a perfect way to get her introduced to offroad and remote camping with a quick overnighter at the lake.
A pretty easy trail with a mix of dirt roads, water and some wig waggy trail, all ending at a epic spot beside the lake.
She had some reservations about getting stiuck and just how comfortable is a rooftop tent....are there bears around, what if we get stuck..... I built the Explore to get us inot more remote places, she knows I am not going to put us in a bad situation..... at the end of her first overlanding experience will she want to go again?
