Man Arrested by the Canton PD for Possible DUI

The Canton PD arrest a driver for possible DUI in the CEFCU parking lot across the street from 3 bars. The passenger in the vehicle was taken back to his town by a Fulton County Sheriff deputy when the local cab company refused to pick him up. After I stopped recording, SGT McCabe found an open bottle of Fireball under the driver's seat while inventorying the vehicle before it was towed.

Officer Ackers and SGT McCabe are by far the best ones that I have come across so far in the Canton PD. The rest of the PD can learn a lot from these two.

The man arrested is innocent until proven guilty in a Court of Law.
