Leaky pinion seal and more.

Doing a onceover on the old rig before heading out for the weekend, I noticed fluid on the ground...OK where is this from?
Turns out after 280K the pinion seal has failed.
Not a complicated job but it does require some mechanical knowledge.
And what else do I find in the repair.
