WORKOUT JOURNEY Ep. 2| 2023
Todays workout is focused on my abdominal muscles. Truth be told... I hate working on my abs, but its part of my goal. The nice part about these workouts is that you can do them any time anywhere. I decided to do a circuit of ab exercises. Below are the names of the workouts in the circuit. I know it was short, but trust me I felt the burn.
Workout:
- Sit-ups/ Crunches
- Knee to elbow (Until I gave up XD)
- Flutter Kicks (To make up for the knee to elbow)
- Plank
- Leg Raise
- Toe Taps
- Sit and hold
- Russian Twist (No weight)
