Why Is Silence Important for Us?

In today's update I provide 3 reasons why silence is important for us to evolve as the new human.

- we are bombarded with too much information each day
- we feel overwhelmed, stressed, or even confused as what to do next
- because we are bombarded with too much INFORMATION

Key: we NEED less information, NOT MORE.

Insight #1: silence (no thoughts) = spaciousness
Insight #2: silence allows you to have a real choice for the direction of your life because thoughts = reality (Hz)
Insight #3: helps you bring awareness to shadows
