ABOUT SHAI HILLS
Shai Hills is a suburb near the district capital Dodowa in the Dangme West District, north of Accra. Shai is a plain by topography but has outcrops of hills.

The hills in the Shai area are base to several stone quarries. For this reason, there are a lot of quarry development companies in that enclave. It is also noted for the popular Shai Hills Resource Reserve. The reserve is located in Doryumu in the Shai Osudoku District. It was established in 1962 with an area of 47 square kilometres. A variety of birds can be seen at this reserve including Baboons and Zebras. It is a sight to behold.

Shai Hills can be found on the Akosombo highway leading to the Volta region of Ghana. Shai Hills is just about 20 minutes drive from Royal Senchi and 30 minutes drive from the famous Adomi Bridge.
