Easy and Best Peach Cobbler

Pappy's Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter
2 Cans sliced or diced peaches in heavy syrup
2 cups Baking mix such as Bisquik or store brand
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Instructions:
In a 13x9 glass baking dish, melt the stick of butter.
wisk together in a bowl, baking mix, sugar, and milk.
pour over melted butter in baking dish, (do not stir).
spoon in peaches all around the mixture. (do not stir).
bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown on top. sprinkle with sugar, let cool and enjoy.
I prefer it refrigerated then served cold.
