Ingredients:

• 1 medium sliced bread without crust
• 2 cups of milk
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• 2 whole eggs
• 1/2 small garlic clove
• 1/4 small onion
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 250g shredded or minced chicken meat
• 50g chopped olive
• 100g grated beetroot (raw)
• 100g grated carrot (raw)
• 100g chopped cucumber (pickles)
• 1 tablespoon oregano for garnish

Method:

First cook the chicken with salt, then shred or chop. And book.

In a pan put the cups of milk and cornstarch, cook until thickened and let it cool.

Now in a blender place the whole eggs, the cold cream, salt, pepper, garlic, onion and beat until you form a cream.

Take a glass container or a loaf pan, grease with a drizzle of oil and or place plastic wrap and grease and assemble your pie in layers: bread, cream, meat, olives, beets and cucumber (pickles). Take it to freeze.

You can serve on a platter or unmold on a plate and decorate with tomatoes and oregano.
