Slump Test for Fresh Concrete

Testing the slump ("wetness") of a concrete mix for a Louisiana DOTD project along Interstate 20, east of Delhi, LA. Required slump range for this mix was 2" to 4"; we hit on the low end of the range so were allowed to add a bit of water to make the mix more workable while staying within the slump range.
