Injured? Slightly broken? Train on the mats, anyway!

Whether you've hyperextended an arm or knee, kinked your neck, pulled some fingers too far int he wrong direction, you CAN still train.

It would be really easy to excuse yourself from class BUT there are many reasons why you should continue coming in and immersing yourself in sweet Jiu-Jitsu wisdom.

Here are a few reasons WHY you should keep training through injuries.
