Uber NON-TIPPER Surprise! WAIT before you RATE!!

There are times when we do rides or deliveries and we feel we have done the best we could do with the situation. Even after all of that, we look at the phone and see there's no tip from the customer!!! That is the most irritating thing for a gig worker who relies on tips to equalize some of these transactions.
