JD Vance talks with News 5 after swearing in as Ohio's newest U.S. Senator

For the first time in a dozen years Ohio has a new representative in the U.S. Senate. JD Vance was sworn in Tuesday on the floor of the Senate with the man he's replacing, Senator Rob Portman.
