Surprise… BlackRock to fund “Reconstruction” of post-war Ukraine!

I’ll preface this story like I do when it comes to any story about Ukraine, with the usual disclaimer, I’m not a fanboy of Vladimir Putin nor a Russian stooge. I’m well aware that Putin is not a saint, but then again neither is our friend Zelensky.
