STOP Staying Weak in the Gym!

If you feel motivated enough to do work, don’t quit. You still keep going no matter how hard it is. Do You Experience Weaker Days? Do you prefer certain exercises over others? You'll be able to routinely have better exercises and hence make better development if you're aware of these things.
