Something I noticed over the many years I worked as a professional healer was that most people have a ton of 'worry energy' collected in their third eye chakra. I used to joke with them that we were going to make space for the new worries by clearing away all the old. But the truth is, carrying the energy of worry isn't serving you in your greatest and highest. It will often clog up your third eye chakra.

Invasive energies will commonly direct disturbing thoughts and images into your third eye chakra in an effort to get you to feel paranoia.

Despite the third eye being prized as the chakra that provides 'second sight' it also powers a lot of your cognitive ability and memory. So it's really helpful to keep it clear and repaired. You'll notice a difference.
