My name is Lea, and I created these videos to help you learn how to be your own healer. After working as a professional master healer for many many years... I had opportunity to witness how people would heal best if they were consciously participating in the process.

Even if you aren't trained in a healing modality such as Reiki etc, you can still tune in to your energy body and learn how to identify and repair any damage or distress that is taking place. I've designed these meditations and held frequency for you as I guide you through the steps.

Aura repair is such an important part of your spiritual wellness program because your aura is being damaged from daily exposure to the hostile energies of the world. If you watch my Energy Ingestion video... you will see what I mean.

This video takes you step by step through each auric layer, and it may be a lot to tackle if it's your first time. But learning the technique and practicing it regularly will propel you forward in a quantum way.
