A) - Environmental Reports on how many Koalas - Bee Hives - Protected Flora and Fauna is in the area. There are TWO wildlife crossing right there - so we know it's a serious corridor already. Where do you think all those Snakes - Bugs - Roos - Emus - Wild Horses - and probably 500,000 bees are going to go ??
YOUR back yard...or DEAD.

B) - Risk Assessment Report. Woorim Bike Track was flooded for more than a couple of months - it flooded houses - created a mozzi breeding ground - and made people sick.
All from the Golf Club & Underground Car Parks in Woorim PUMPING that putrid water & piping it out to flood Woorim.
?? Have they done a study on "Flood Mitigation" (let's call it) - to NOT compound the already serious Drainage Problems Woorim Has.

C) - Full Building Plan - What looks like a Huge shed already will then have - again "what looks like" 50 units. ( "They're" ( The Church is then going to want a shop and a village etc )
Can you complain in 2 years time when next to the Church a PETROL STATION pops up ?? What do you think that would do to our precious underground water here on Bribie ??

#4 - In Closing. The FIGHT has come to our doorstep. They don’t need a whole 50 - 100 unit complex - With people struggling to find rent already - Now they will have their own little compound just for them ? - not paying tax - dare I say - the "pastor" getting a nice water front place in Banksia Beach ( time will tell on that one )

Will they seriously GIVE BACK to the greater Bribie Community. Or just get their flock to go there and give 10 % of their money each week ?? again.. time will tell... but if you know History..
