Bits and Pieces: According to the IMF the US is fine but the rest will Experience Recession

It seems to me the IMF thinks the US economy is all OK. However, The Chief of the IMF thinks the economies of the rest of the world is going to experience recession. Maybe this is because the US has redefined the meaning and definition of "Recession"....... They like to play with words....
