Band Bentover Rows

Loop a resistance band around two benches or 2 heavy dumbbells that will not roll away. You can loop them around anything as long as they are low to the ground and stable. Lean over the bands with your body in a bentover position aka hip hinge aka RDL position. Grab the band about shoulder width apart and pull right below the chest. These will be done for high reps so feel free to change grip widths and pull to different areas of your torso. If you need more band tension or want to bend over more, step on a box to elevate your body.
