Decline Plate Overhead Situps

Sit on a decline bench with your feet under and knees over the foam roller pads. Hold a plate out in front of you. Perform a situp by lowering yourself under control until the back is flat with the bench. Bring the weight over your head stretching the lats at the bottom of the repetition. Perform a situp while reaching the plate towards the ceiling keeping your biceps in line with your ears. Repeat for repetitions.
