Dumbbell Goblet Squats

Deadlift the DB off the floor and pick it up so that your hands are under 1 head of the dumbbell. Stand with your feet wider than or at shoulder width and the knees and feet slightly turned out. Keep your core tight and squat down until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Drive the hips up and forward at the top squeezing the glutes and abs when you are standing up. When you are done with the repetitions deadlift the weight back to the floor.
