Decline Dumbbell Situps

Sit on a decline bench with your feet under and knees over the foam roller pads. Hold the dumbbell near your chest with one hand on each head of the dumbbell. Perform a situp by lowering yourself under control until the back is flat with the bench. Flex your abdominal muscles until you are sitting upright with your forearms touching your thighs.
