Standing Bicep Stretch

Use a wall, support column, or any upright beam of an exercise machine. Stand away from the pole with your arm outstretched with the thumb facing down. Hold your pec with the opposite arm and actively push off the pole until you feel a stretch in your bicep. If you want a more intense stretch, turn your head away from the arm you are trying to stretch and push off harder.
