Neutral Grip Lat Pulldowns V Handle

Attach the V-Handle to the lat pulldown machine. Set your weight using the pin. Face the machine, sit down and adjust the knee pad until it is pressed tight against the quads when your feet are flat on the ground. Grab the V Handle with both hands using your thumbs to either make a fist around the grips or pressed on the handle like a “thumbs up” motion. Next, lean back slightly at around 20 degrees and pull the attachment to the top of your chest, about 1 inch below the collarbone. Slowly release back to starting position in a controlled manner so that your arms are locked out and your shoulder blades relaxed. Really focus on squeezing your back muscles when the handle is at your chest.
