Incline Plyo Pushups Bench or Box

Use a bench or a weight bench to elevate the upper body. Get into a pushup position with the fingertips engaged. Perform a pushup with some speed, pushing off of the bench as hard as possible until your hands leave the bench or box and float in the air. Catch yourself dynamically using the arms as springs and perform these repetitions as powerfully as possible. These can be done on the floor as well, but these will be much more difficult. Even if you have a very strong pushup, doing them on an incline will allow you to complete more repetitions to and create explosive power without hitting the fatigued state too soon.
