EPA DECLARES NEW WOTUS (Water of the U.S.) RULE WHICH GIVES THE GOV AGENCY MORE POWER & CONTROL

The EPA just made a new definition of the WOTUS - Waters of the United States, and declares what they have jurisdiction over, which as we all know with gov agencies, basically means what they declare jurisdiction over.
