Chocolate Banana Oat Smoothie These delicious creamy chocolate smoothie bowls are best for breakfast & garnished with fresh banana, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds for added crunch and nutrition. This bowl of goodness comes together in 10 minutes and is so easy to make! Ingredient 1/2 cup banana 1/2 cup instant oats 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp honey 1/2 cup milk Garnish with bananas, pumpkin seeds, & chia seeds. method In a bowl add banana, instant oats, chia seeds, coconut powder, honey and lastly add milk. Puree and serve in a bowl. Garnish with bananas, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds & enjoy!
