2 Celery Sticks
1 Med Chopped Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
8 Cups Cubed Potatoes
32 oz Chicken Broth (tweaked to 42 oz.)
1 Cup Heavy Cream (tweaked to 2 Cups)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Flour (depending how thick you like it)
Cilantro (optional)
