Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly using the Toronto Star to spread their conspiracy theory that Russia was behind the Freedom Convoy last February once again in a new publication. Joly going as far as paraphrasing from the Ingsoc motto from the dystopian novel 1984 by George Orwell, "War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength"
