Orleans and the O'Jays are the components of today's Segue City Special as roll into Wednesday and a few more people wake up and realize that it is a new year and it would be nifty neato to start working again and getting things done... and includes the person responsible for turning on the HOT NOW light which we're waiting for right now with bated breath...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
