Republican Rep Says McCarthy Alternative Will Be From 'Outside The House'

Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick said an alternative individual to potentially challenge House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House will be from outside of Congress.
