If we wish to improve society and truly build a world we can be proud of leaving to our children we must first improve ourselves. Become strong, become healthy and most importantly spread our wisdom to those who are still stuck in the matrix so they too may become inspired and motivate their peers, causing an exponentially cascading effect of progression within our culture and society.
