Joseph Spencer came forward as an ex Man in Black whistleblower in 1989, recording this testimony of his working for the CIA and the Men in Black as an assassin of UFO researchers and alien abductees who got too close to the truth. His extraordinary claims seem to be unfortunately coming true; he predicted the arrival of an influenza virus in 2017/2018, tyrannical world government and a Project Bluebeam staged alien invasion set for 2024 and a reduction in earths population by 95% by 2030.

Some of what he talks about eerily aligns with things Ive looked into, but I desperately pray to God Almighty that if these plans by the NWO are true that they will somehow be thwarted.
