About Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Founder
Fayaz Ahmad Dar is an award winning ecological entrepreneur. He is a Coach, Consultant and Speaker for The Success Mindset, Ecological Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development. He helps aspiring and struggling entrepreneurs, individuals and organizations develop their entrepreneurial capacity to thrive in challenging situations. He has been a consultant to several local and international NGOs and has engaged over ten thousand people in participatory personal and community transformation.

Fayaz has an MBA and an MA in Conflict Transformation & Sustainable Development. He is also trained in personality transformation, permaculture and commerce. For 15 years, he worked in different cultural contexts in educational, organizational & developmental practice, administration & research including building & training teams and leading participatory capacity building projects.. He returned to Kashmir in 2010 to share his experience and learning with younger generations.

He founded Mool Sustainability Research and Training Center in 2009 with a mission to build capacity for sustainable personal and community transformation primarily through engagement of young people in participatory programs.

Fayaz also founded Sagg Eco Village in 2013. Sagg is J&K's first ecological village with a mission to build integrative and regenerative lifestyles and communities through ecological entrepreneurship primarily by creating and promoting recreational, educational and lifestyle services, spaces, products and programs for individuals, families and communities.

He founded The Village Academy in 2018 to bring the empowering mindset education in to the mainstream and promote ecological entrepreneurship as a preferred career option amongst the young people.

He has been an adventure sports enthusiast and is fascinated by exploring human potential, personal development, ecological entrepreneurship, Kashmir and regenerative travel. Find more at:
