Dumbbell Crossover Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (SLRDL's)

Start standing holding a dumbbell in the opposite arm of the leg you want to work. Hold your other arm out to work as a counterbalance to help your stability. Perform a single leg deadlift by hinging at the hips with a slight bend in the knee. Instead of bringing the arm straight down like a traditional SLRDL, cross over the base leg with your palm facing out. This will put added stress onto the side of the glutes and will also help with spinal mobility and hip mobility.
