Quadruped Single Leg Hamstring Curls Glute Band

Start on all fours keeping the hips and shoulders square with a glute band around your thighs. Lift one leg straight out so that your glutes are engaged on that side the entire time. Curl your leg so that your heel reaches towards your butt while maintaining stillness in the thigh. Do not drop your knee height when curling the leg. Repeat for desired repetitions.
