Why haven’t we seen the Russian T-14 Armata tank in Ukraine?

The T-14 Armata is Russia's newest tank and on paper it seems like a very impressive vehicle.

But there have been no foreign buyers for Russia's newest tank.

Today's weapons are so expensive that you need foreign military sales to reduce cost. Case in point is Korea's K2, which is 8.5 million dollars per tank.

The US is not exempt from this. There are 17 partners on the F-35 program - it's the only way the US can afford the airframe.

So the reason that the T-14 hasn't been seen in Ukraine is that there just aren't enough to field because the cost per unit is too high.
