Barbell Backstep Curtsy Lunges (Same Side)

Load a barbell onto your back. Take a backstop reverse lunges stepping behind and over the line where your front leg is on. This will twist you up a bit hitting more side glutes on the front leg. If you experience any knee pain reduce the width of your backstop and stay more linear than twisted. Push through the heel of the front leg to return to the standing position. Repeat on the same leg for repetitions.
