Alternating Kettlebell Goblet Side Lunges

Start standing with a kettlebell held in front of you in a goblet position. Take a big step out to the side bending at the hips and knees trying to load the glutes and thighs by folding the abs to the thigh. This will avoid excessive use of the lumbar spine. Push off the loaded let and stand back up with the feet together. Alternate legs after each rep.
